Terms & Conditions
- Exclusive benefits for website booking are valid for reservations made from October 15, 2024. (You will receive vouchers upon check-in to redeem at the hotel outlets.) The spa upgrades apply to Angsana or Thai massages.
- Children from 0 to 11 can be accommodated at no additional cost sharing the same room with their parents (max 2 kids).
- Rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) on a per suite per night basis
- Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge plus 21% Taxes (5% Lodging Tax and 16% Value Added Tax), which are subject to change according to local legislature.
- Check-in time is 15:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Late check-out from 12:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- Late check-out from 18:00 hrs will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation and guarantee policies.
- Reservations will be cancelled at the Hotel’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
- Extra person will be charged USD 50 per person per night, subject to 10% Service Charge plus 21% Taxes (5% Lodging Tax and 16% Value Added Tax).
- Guests who have prepaid the room must present the same credit card used to make the reservation at check-in.
- Pets are allowed: Contact us in advance to find out our pet policy. 🐾
- The hotel requests that resort guests do not smoke in the suites and use the dedicated outdoor smoking areas. Any guest who smokes or has smoked in the room will be subject to a cleaning fee of USD 50 per night.
Cancellation Policy
- The original credit card used during the reservation must be presented at check-in for verification.
- From January 3, 2024 to December 18, 2024: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. After that time, the charge of one night plus taxes will be applied, as a penalty.
- In case of early departure, the full amount will be charged according to the reservation cancellation terms.
- In case of No Show, the full amount will be charged according to the reservation cancellation terms.
