Early Arrival / Late Departure Policy

• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is at noon. • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. • Late check-out from 12:00 pm to 6:00 p.m. hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day. • Late check-out after 6:00 p.m. will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.

Cancellation Policy

From January 3, 2024 to December 18, 2024: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. After that time, the charge of one night plus taxes will be applied, as a penalty.
In case of early departure, the full amount will be charged according to the reservation cancellation terms.
In case of No Show, the full amount will be charged according to the reservation cancellation terms.

Yes, we accept pets with a maximum weight of 10kg. The cost per pet and per stay is $30 USD plus taxes. Policies and restrictions apply.

*Only assistance dogs are exempt from this fee, presenting their proper documentation: Guide dogs, hearing assistance dogs, motor assistance dogs and medical alert dogs. If your pet does not belong to this group, you must pay the pet stay.

The hotel requests that resort guests do not smoke in the suites and use only designated outdoor smoking areas.

Any guest who smokes or has smoked in the room will be subject to a cleaning fee of USD $50 per night.
