• For website bookings, guests will receive a voucher upon check-in for unlimited spa upgrades (enjoy a 90-minute massage when booking a 60-minute session) and a complimentary cocktail per adult, per day, during their stay.

• Children from 0 to 11 can be accommodated at no additional cost sharing the same room with their parents (max 2 kids).

• Rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) on a per suite per night basis

• Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge plus 21% Taxes (5% Lodging Tax and 16% Value Added Tax), which are subject to change according to local legislature.

• Check-in time is 15:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

• Late check-out from 12:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.

• Late check-out from 18:00 hrs will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.

• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation and guarantee policies.

• Reservations will be cancelled at the Hotel’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.

• Extra person will be charged USD 50 per person per night, subject to 10% Service Charge plus 21% Taxes (5% Lodging Tax and 16% Value Added Tax).

• Guests who have prepaid the room must present the same credit card used to make the reservation at check-in.

• The hotel requests that resort guests do not smoke in the suites and use the dedicated outdoor smoking areas. Any guest who smokes or has smoked in the room will be subject to a cleaning fee of USD 50 per night.

Cancellation Policy

• The original credit card used during the reservation must be presented at check-in for verification.
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to arrival or one night’s accommodation charges thereafter. Beyond that time, the amount due is not refundable, even if the booking is cancelled, modified or No-Show.
• In case of early departure, the full amount will be charged according to the reservation cancellation terms.
• In case of No Show, the full amount will be charged according to the reservation cancellation terms.
