• This offer can’t be combined with other promotions and gift certificates.
• Extra person charge, will be chargeable upon check-in:

Room & breakfast:

• From 4 to 11 years old: Surcharge VND 265,000 net/person including daily breakfast
• From 12 years old and above: Surcharge VND 1,565,000 net/person including daily breakfast and extra bed (extra bed subject to availability)

Roundtrip boat transfer:

• From 2 to 5 years old: Surcharge VND 525,000 net/person
• From 6 years old and above: Surcharge VND 1,050,000 net/person

General Terms and Conditions:

• Rates are quoted in VND ++
• Rate is exclusive of 5% Service Charge and 8% Government Tax.
• Check-in time is 15:00 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Late check-out from 12:00 hours to 16:00 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Late check-out from 16:00 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
• Original credit card used during booking must be presented at the time of check-in for verification.
• Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• No pets are allowed.

Cancellation Policy:

• Reservation requires full prepayment.
• It is non-cancellable, non-refundable and no changes allowed.
• Your credit card will be charged 100% of the total room cost upon making reservations.
