Package Specific Terms and Conditions

• This offer is available for bookings from 16 Dec 2024 until 31 Dec 2025.
• Valid for stays from 16 Dec 2024 until 31 Dec 2025.
• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or gift certificates.
• 20% discount on spa services.
• 20% discount on F&B (except for room service).
• Surcharge for a third person: VND 2,000,000++ includes extra bed, breakfast, and lunch.
• Surcharge for children aged 4 and above: VND 500,000++ includes shared bed, breakfast, and lunch.

General Terms & Conditions

• Rates are quoted in VND on a per-room, per-night basis.
• Rates are subject to a 5% service charge and prevailing government tax.
• Check-in time is from 3:00 pm, and check-out time is by 12:00 pm.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
  • Early check-in between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm will be charged 50% of the contract rate.
  • Late check-out between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm will be charged 50% of the contract rate.
  • Late check-out after 4:00 pm will be charged 100% of the contract rate.

Child Policy

• Infants and toddlers under 4 years old, when accompanying adults, stay in existing bedding or a baby cot and dine with our compliments. Baby cots are subject to availability.
• Children aged 4 to 11 years may share existing beds with their parents, excluding breakfast. Meals for children are available at 50% off regular menu prices, except for the Kids' Menu.

Cancellation Policy

• Low BAR rate plan: Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival. 100% of confirmed accommodation charges will apply thereafter.
• Advanced purchase rate plan: Non-refundable.
