Terms & Conditions
• Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) on a per room/suite/villa per night basis.
• Rates are exclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Government Tax, and 1% Provincial Tax.
• Check-in time is 15:00 hours and Check-out time is 12:00 hours.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Late check out from 12:00 hours to 18:00 hours will be charged 50% of the room rate.
• Late check out after 18:00 hours will be charged 100% of the room rate.
• In the event of no-show, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for entire stay shall be chargeable.
• For early departure, the resort will charge according to the cancellation policy.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies
• Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• Extra person charge with breakfast is THB 1,647.8 net (THB 1,400+++) - Inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Government Tax, and 1% Provincial Tax.
• Additional breakfast will be charged at THB 900.- per person per day subject to service charge and taxes
• No pets are allowed.
Child Policy:
• Infants and toddlers who are below 4 years, accompanying adults, dine and stay in baby cots with our compliments. Baby cots are subject to availability.
• Children 4 to 12 years, accompanying adults, can stay on existing bedding with our compliments and children 12 years and under dine free when accompanied by paying adult. Extra bed may be reserved with compliments, subject to availability.
