• Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 11% Government Tax.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Late check-out from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm will be charged 50% of the room rate.
• Late check-out from 6:00 pm will be charged 100% of the room rate.
• In the event of no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for entire stay shall be chargeable
• Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
• Extra bed and breakfast per person per night is USD 70 for adults (above 12 years old) and USD 35 for children aged 4-11. Charges are subject to 10% Service Charge and 11% Government Tax. Children aged 3 and under can stay free of charge.
• All prices in the resort are stated in USD excluding 10% Service Charge and 11% Government Tax. As per Indonesian government regulations, payments have to be made in Indonesian Rupiahs either in cash or credit card. The exchange rate applied is the prevailing official bank rate of the day.
