Terms & Conditions
- Rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) on a per villa, per night basis.
- Rates are subject to 27.6% applicable Service Charge and Tourism Goods & Services Tax.
- Green Tax of USD 12 per person, per night will be applicable.
- Check-in time is from 2:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Late check-out from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room night for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
- Reservations will be cancelled at hotel’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid card be submitted.
- Extra Person/Beds are subject to additional charges.
Transfers from Velana International Airport:
- The resort will arrange the mandatory round-trip transfers by seaplane according to the guest's international flight.
- Until 31 January 2025: USD 530 per adult and USD 335 per child (2-11 years old).
- From 1 February 2025 onwards: USD 555 per adult and USD 350 per child (2-11 years old).
