- 01 Sep to 31 May : Changes or cancellations are accepted up to 14 days prior to the arrival or forfeit one night as a penalty (special dates excluded)
- 28 Dec to 2 Jan : Non-refundable
In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
The credit card used to book the reservation, must be presented upon arrival at the property.
