Culinary, cultural and team-building activities
Additionally, the retreat participants immersed themselves in the rich cultural heritage of Corfu by joining a traditional Corfiot Botides painting workshop. They learned about the local kumquat fruit, sampling kumquat liqueur and snacks. Exploring the historic old town of Corfu, they soaked in the island's charm and history. The highlight of their experience was the "wild feast" on the Emerald Beach of Angsana Corfu. Alongside the chef, they selected fresh fish, assisted in the cooking, and learned about the use of local herbs, Corfiot gastronomy history, and culinary tips. The evening culminated with traditional bouzouki music and vibrant performances by local Greek dancers, creating an unforgettable cultural experience.
